MAJAC’s website was outdated and partly dysfunctional. Many of the areas of the site were still large graphics (remember when?).
MAJAC prides itself on being the “Insurance Friendly” restoration company. They will work quickly and efficiently with your insurance company every step of the way so that you can get back on track.
Their experience in dealing with hundreds of customers in disastrous situations gives them the knowledge necessary to handle any insurance related restoration service.
Much of the website was not user-friendly and contained very little content. The look and feel of the site did not represent the professionalism and quality that MAJAC is known for.
There was no photo gallery of completed projects and no testimonials from the wonderful clients MAJAC has had. MAJAC has a 5-Star rating with Yelp and is very conscious of maintaining that brand image. They are very meticulous about their work and are very well-known for exceeding client expectations.
38West drafted new page content that would be more engaging to visitors and potential clients. We then designed and developed a new CMS-based website that is responsive, secure and very user-friendly.
We continue to work closely with MAJAC to refine the content and messaging in order to deliver a high-ranking position within organic search.
New business cards and a couple of ads would come into play as well. Always delivering a consistent marketing message.
