PIMA’s mission is to help save lives and reduce pain and suffering in some of the poorest island nations in the Pacific region by providing urgently needed medicines, medical supplies and services, clean water technology, communications equipment and emergency transportation. PIMA focuses on the Kiribati Islands, one of the world’s most isolated and poorest nations of the world. It is named by the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the most medically needy countries on earth. The island’s 100,000 people have few natural resources, and urgently need help.

Expand reach, increase engagement and attract donations via the internet were the main focuses that were needed. PIMA didn’t not currently have an online presence.
We wanted to create a light, open feeling for the website that was easy to navigate. Bringing in the photography from the region and the Doctor’s trips was key to draw on the visual impact needed to engage potential donors. We setup and implemented a Paypal donation solution what was easy to create, maintain and secure.
